Less and less used. Decreasing, it represents only 10% of the overall usage in 2007. |
The size of a wide banner allows for a greater creativity and provides a far more important impact than the traditional 468x60 banner. Another advantage: the possibility of integrating 468x60. |
The skyscraper has become a standard, however the lack of creativity can reduce its effectiveness. Note : 24/7 Real Media can manage the scrolling of the skyscraper. |
Sharp decrease of wide-skyscraper: -3,8% where there is an increase of +10,4% for normal skyscrapers. A declining format. |
Slightly intrusive, it adapts easily to the editorial content of web sites. |
Good visibility, well appreciated format! It has become THE standard format to use. |

Expands' technical specifications on Firefox 1 and 2 are different from Internet Explorer. For Firefox 3, no issue. The following functions are to be added to the swf file.

| DESCRIPTION |
We can deliver videos with player management (freeware) on a large-MPU position.
The content (flv type of video or redirect) and the container (player) are delivered via Open AdStream. If the video flv format is too heavy, it can be hosted on our partner servers (Akamai). |
We can deliver all type of ad banners as pre-roll (i.e. before the launch of a video). The ad must have the same size as the player.
We integrate the ad on all type of flash players using a freeware JS library.
The mentioned library allows some variations such as the display of a count-down during the ad delivery before the start of the video.
Note: this library needs some modifications at the Publisher’s end. We can provide a detailed documentation. |
This video unit enables to get a video ad before a video content but unlike the pre-roll or billboard video, the ad is displayed above the content. |
